We at Liv Well Care are committed to regularly reviewing each person’s placement plan. This process is done in close collaboration with the service user and mental health professionals, ensuring that the plan remains aligned with the service user’s evolving needs and preferences. Any significant updates to the plan are always discussed and agreed upon during a formal placement review.
